A Planning Commission hearing is scheduled for May 22nd and we strongly encourage you to attend and speak if you share these concerns. Each speaker will have three minutes to present their thoughts. The meeting starts at 9AM and will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2025, in the Katcho

The project includes designated outdoor entertainment areas that would include up to 70 outdoor gatherings annually with up to 200 guests. The project also includes a request for outdoor amplified music between the hours of 10 a.m. and 9 p.m.
This walk shed light on some of the dangerous areas of the road, especially Avila Beach Drive and what could be done to improve them. Suggestions were right and left turns by the Avila Valley Barn, widening and improving bike lanes, digital speed limit signs on Ontario Rd and Avila Beach Drive.
